As part of IGN First, developer Undead Labs Supported State of Decay 2 will have Xbox One X Improvements.
Jeff Strain, studio head of Undead Labs and executive producer of the upcoming zombie-survival game, gave another statement pertaining to the performance and visual upgrades that the console offers:
“There are important visual improvements we’re able to deliver thanks to the Xbox One X. Extra memory and increased processing capacity gives us a more stable frame rate and let’so we do more with high resolution textures. If you’re in the game, you’ll instantly find the difference — flatter foliage, comprehensive shadows, depth of light from farther distances, and more detailed character models. This makes the world feel more crisp, lively, and enjoy real life. And of course, it allows us conduct the game in 4K and HDR, which a good deal of fans are enthusiastic about. ”
While games such as Middle-Earth: Shadow of War and Rise of the Tomb Raider include choices which enable you to optimize resolution and graphics when utilizing the Xbox One X, State of Decay 2 will probably only have one configuration.
Last week, we eventually obtained a release date. The game will launch on May 22 for about $29.99. Even the Ultimate Edition, which grants players early access to this game, will cost $49.99. It is going to also be available to readers of Xbox Game Pass on the day of its launch.
But, it will not add a copy of the game.
