Gears of War 2, Red Dead Redemption, and More Become Xbox One X Enhanced; Watch Them in Action

Now Microsoft announced that Gears of War 2, Red Dead RedemptionPortal 2Sonic GenerationsDarksiders, and   Star Wars: The Force Unleashed are getting the Xbox One X improved treatment via backward compatibility today.

According to the announcement made during the second episode of Interior XboxGears of War 2 runs at 4K on Microsoft’s console, but even more inexplicably, all DLC to the game will be free from today. Incidentally, the game is still on Game Pass, of if you register to this ceremony, you can shoot it up at this time.

Enhancements also include 10-bit colors, greater frame rate, and crisper textures.
