Sea of Thieves’ First Major Content Update The Hungering Deep Coming May 29th

Today Rare and Microsoft announced the release date for Sea of Thieves‘ initial key content update.

The update is called  The Hungering Deep and it’ll be published on May 29th, meaning that it’s less than two weeks off.

Together with the announcement, we get a trailer speaking about giant sea monsters, early seafarers, sacrifices, that is some genuinely intriguing things, even though we harbor’t seen or heard about the gameplay simply yet. Hopefully, this means this is greatly story-driven content and Unusual doesn’t need to spoil it.
