Fortnite Battle Royale Video Explains Changes Made in Season 5

PC, PS4, Switch, Xbox One

Now Epic Games Launched a Brand New video about the massively popular Battle Royale mode of Fortnite.

The video, starring Design Lead Eric Williamson, describes some of the modifications made using the launch of Update 5.0, or Season 5, but you need to call it.

We get into the modifications designed to shotguns, that were tweaked to become more constant in their distribute and not as overpowered when carrying a few of these. The balance between SMGs and assault rifle has also been adjusted.

The storm circle behavior has also been altered in order to better push the players around when matches get very long.

Season 5’s progressive outfits will be based on expertise and can be completed past the season , providing players more chances to unlock them.

Last, but certainly not least, we all get a sneak peek at the sound team in the office … with golf carts.

You can check the video out below. You can also read the full patch notes, and take a look at more recent videos.

Fortnite is currently available on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, Mac, iOS, and will be released on Android this summer.
